TOOINS Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

The included 1-year manufacturer warranty may cover eligible functional components, including:

• Motor
• Battery
• Controller
• Charger
• Front light
• Rear light & brake light
• Mechanical brake
• Throttle

For approved manufacturer-warranty claims, eligible replacement parts are provided free of charge.

Wear Parts & Replacement Support

Tires, foot pads, fenders, paint finishes, decorative parts, and other items subject to normal wear are generally not covered by the TOOINS manufacturer warranty.

Even when an item is not covered, our support team can still help you identify and find the correct replacement part.

Xcottons extended protection is offered in partnership with AIG, giving eligible customers the option for added protection beyond the TOOINS manufacturer warranty.

Protection options are available on eligible products and orders. Extended protection is optional and subject to the coverage, exclusions, availability, and claim terms shown with the Xcottons plan at purchase. TOOINS manufacturer warranty coverage excludes normal wear, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, and other non-manufacturing-related damage.
